Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth desk research to map markets and identify relevant candidate profiles
• Build and maintain accurate research documentation and project trackers
• Assist in preparing briefing notes and market insights for internal and client use
• Monitor financial news and key moves in the investment and private equity space
• Work closely with Consultants and Senior Researchers to support active mandates
• Liaise professionally with candidates and contribute to a high-quality candidate experience
• Stay up to date with relevant industry trends and developments
