Researcher - Boutique Executive Search Firm

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth desk research to map markets and identify relevant candidate profiles
- Build and maintain accurate research documentation and project trackers
- Assist in preparing briefing notes and market insights for internal and client use
- Monitor financial news and key moves in the investment and private equity space
- Work closely with Consultants and Senior Researchers to support active mandates
- Liaise professionally with candidates and contribute to a high-quality candidate experience
- Stay up to date with relevant industry trends and developments

- Intellectually curious with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Positive, personable, and able to work well as part of a close-knit team
