Contract Type: Full Time, working 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week

Location: Hybrid, working 3 days a week in our offices based in Old Street, London

About You:

We are looking for a highly organised and creatively driven Mid-Weight Art Director to help bring our brand vision to life. This person will support the Creative Director, Senior Art Director and Brand Marketing Director in executing brand campaigns, styling shoots, and producing content across all channels.

You'll assist with pre-production, on-set styling, and content creation - while also contributing to trend research, moodboarding, and managing creative assets. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and a proactive approach to supporting a fast-paced creative team.

You'll be responsible for:

Creative Execution & Support

• Work closely with the Creative Director, Brand Director, Senior Art Director, editorial team to execute the brand's visual and storytelling direction
  
• Assist in the development and rollout of capsules, brand campaigns, seasonal stories, and key marketing moments
  
• Translate creative concepts into practical outputs, from styling boards to content execution
  

Content & Shoot Direction

• Support to lead content shoots, from ideation and pre-production to on-set art direction and post-production
  
• Collaborate with stylists, photographers, videographers, and editors to bring stories to life
  
• Ensure all output is on-brand, culturally relevant, and audience-focused
  

Asset & Workflow Management

• Support in organising, labelling, and distributing creative assets for team and partner use
  
• Help build and update content calendars, shot lists, and creative production trackers
  
• Ensure consistency across all touchpoints by aligning assets with brand guidelines
  

Brand Evolution

• Uphold and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring cohesion across all channels
  
• Stay attuned to design, fashion, and digital trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve
  
• Proactively push creative boundaries while staying true to the brand's core
  
• Bring fresh ideas to the team for seasonal shoots, product launches, and digital storytelling
  
• Research competitive and aspirational brands to help inform visual and stylistic choices
  

You'll need to have:

• 4-6 years experience in a creative/studio/brand assistant or stylist role within fashion, activewear, or lifestyle sectors
  
• A strong eye for style, composition, and branding
  
• Hands-on experience assisting on photo/video shoots and working with stylists, photographers, and content creators
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, and Google Slides
  
• Comfortable creating short-form social content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok).
  
• Passionate about fashion, fitness, and emerging trends
  
• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
