We’re currently recruiting Support Workers in Twickenham to join our dedicated team, providing 24/7 care to adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge. The people we support in this service are non-verbal, so we’re looking for individuals who are patient, observant, and committed to understanding and responding to unique communication needs.

Location: Twickenham Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Patterns:
- Waking Nights only - 10pm - 7am
- Monday to Sunday (working alternate weekend)

Additional requirement:This service requires staff who are able and willing to drive our company vehicles. A full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential.
Who we’re looking for: You’ll ideally have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant, and a genuine commitment to helping others live their best lives. If you’re new to care but share our values, we’ll provide all the training and support you need—including NAPPI training and ongoing development.
