About the Role

As Senior Graphic Designer at Fyxer AI, you'll shape the visual identity and brand presence of one of the UK's fastest growing AI startups. Fyxer operates in both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) markets, making this a uniquely dynamic role working full funnel. You'll create visually compelling assets to build our consumer brand, alongside impactful designs tailored to B2B audiences.

This position is ideal for someone who excels in blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution. If you have a flair for performance marketing creative and thrive in an intense, fast-paced environment we want you on board.

You'll collaborate closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high performing, visually engaging assets. At Fyxer, we prioritise creativity, clear communication, and rapid execution. You'll also actively leverage cutting edge AI tools to elevate your designs.

What You'll Do

💥 Strategic Creative Vision: Shape and uphold a cohesive visual framework, bringing consistency and exceptional design quality to all marketing and brand assets.

🎨 End-to-End Design Ownership: Create high quality visual assets across the entire funnel, including performance marketing ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), emails, Fyxer.com, onboarding, and customer marketing materials.

🚀 Rapid & Agile Execution: Comfortably manage multiple concurrent projects, delivering high quality work at pace in an intense, agile environment without sacrificing quality.

📹 Motion Design: Apply basic motion graphics skills to enhance digital assets and social content, creating engaging, dynamic visuals.

🛠️ AI Adoption: Integrate AI tools into your workflow to enhance creativity, efficiency, and quality.

🎬 Brand Guardianship: Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all touchpoints, acting as the primary guardian of Fyxer’s visual identity.

Your Experience & Skills

• 5+ years experience as a graphic + brand + digital designer in an agency or startup, ideally within Tech, DTC, B2B, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional strategic and hands-on design skills, demonstrated in a strong portfolio emphasizing performance-driven digital assets (Meta, LinkedIn, Google ads
• Ability to execute basic motion graphics, elevating visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional visual and brand sensibilities, and a rigorous approach to design execution.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Highly proactive communicator, comfortable working autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
