Senior Product Manager – AI-Native Logistics
Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 3 days per week in a Central London office)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
We are hiring a senior, hands-on Product Manager to lead AI-native, agent-first capabilities within a logistics and supply chain product.
This is a Product Manager 2.0 role for someone who learns by making. You will own discovery and delivery for AI-driven optimisation and decision-support features, working closely with customers, engineers, and designers.
You will personally prototype ideas, run simulations and experiments, and use evidence to shape roadmaps and product direction. You will challenge teams to deliver production-grade, trustworthy AI systems rather than experiments.
Key experience required:
- 5+ years in B2B or Enterprise SaaS product management
- Strong logistics or supply chain domain experience
- Proven hands-on prototyping and discovery skills
- Comfortable working with AI concepts such as agents, LLM-based workflows, and human-in-the-loop systems
- Outcome-driven mindset with strong collaboration skills
This is a high-impact role shaping how AI-native products are discovered, designed, and delivered in complex, real-world logistics environments.
