🔌 Commercial Projects – Live Buildings (Non-Construction Sites)

We’re currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join a reputable and established company delivering large commercial contracts across London and surrounding areas.

This is a permanent PAYE role, ideal for an experienced Supervisor who prefers to remain hands-on with tools, with minimal time in the office. The role offers flexibility with hours and the chance to work on high-profile, live building environments (not new-build construction sites).

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

*

Oversee and manage commercial electrical installations on active sites

*

Work alongside and lead a team of Electricians on-site

*

Order and manage electrical materials and ensure timely delivery

*

Coordinate closely with main contractors, clients and office teams

*

Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards

*

Supervise and coach electricians, monitoring performance and compliance

*

Uphold site Health & Safety to ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards

*

Lead toolbox talks and ensure RAMS are followed

*

Deliver to program targets and project deadlines

✅ Requirements:

*

Full UK Driving Licence

*

SSSTS or SMSTS

*

ECS Gold or Black Card

*

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

*

2391 / 2394 / 2395 Testing & Inspection (desirable)

*

Proven experience supervising large commercial electrical projects

*

Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and specs

*

Strong leadership skills and proactive attitude
