  • Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Pardot, and social insights, producing actionable reports and recommendations.

  • Coordinate asset production workflows in Asana, managing briefs, approvals, and delivery timelines across teams.

  • Collaborate with Creative and Sales teams to develop and refine campaign visuals and marketing collateral.

  • Support on-site marketing delivery at events, including brand activations, content capture, and post-event follow-up.

  • Contribute to campaign ideation, content development, and strategic planning with the wider marketing team.

  • Research industry trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategy.

  • Provide light administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day marketing execution.

Core Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within events, travel, or hospitality.

  • Proven experience delivering integrated digital campaigns across email, social, and web.

  • Strong working knowledge of Pardot, WordPress, Asana, and social media management tools.

  • Confident managing content calendars, digital workflows, and cross-functional timelines.

  • Experienced in social media planning, publishing, and community management.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Pardot, and social insights for reporting.

  • Strong communication skills with a keen eye for tone, detail, and brand consistency.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Flexible and willing to travel and work extended hours during event periods.

  • Passion for marketing, luxury travel, and collaborative, creative teamwork.
