Learning & Development Coordinator
Location: London (Hybrid – 4 days per week in office)
Salary: £45,000 - 55,000
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a Financial Services organisation to appoint a Learning & Development Coordinator . This is a key role within the HR function, focused on delivering high-quality learning experiences and supporting the evolution of the L&D strategy across the business.
The Role:
Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will take ownership of the delivery of learning programmes and initiatives that enhance capability and engagement across all levels of the organisation. This role combines operational excellence with the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects, ensuring learning solutions are impactful and aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver a portfolio of learning solutions (in-office, virtual, and hybrid), including:
- Business and technical training
- Corporate and functional inductions
- Manager development programmes
- Early careers initiatives (graduate scheme, internships, insight weeks)
- Coaching and mentoring awareness campaigns
- Act as the central point for professional qualification processes, embedding best practice and leveraging internal expertise.
- Improve feedback mechanisms and develop L&D metrics and analytics to measure impact.
- Stay informed on market trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with HR and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless, compliant, and high-quality service.
About You:
- Proven experience in delivering L&D programmes, ideally within a professional services or fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.
