£28,000 - £38,000

5 days in – split between office and the venue

Are you a proactive and confident Event Coordinator/Organiser with experience in luxury events or hospitality? And are you passionate about events, commercially driven and resourceful?

Are you a confident communicator with a natural ability to build strong relationships and turn leads into sales?

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Event Sales Manager to join a luxury boutique hotel and private events venue, which has ambitious plans for growth.

The role offers the chance to help shape one of London’s most sought-after event destinations!

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Managing event sales across private events, weddings, corporate events, brand launches and special hire at the venue in Knightsbridge
  • Building strong relationships with event planners, agencies, brands, and corporate clients
  • Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry through to contract
  • Leading venue viewings and presenting the venue at the highest level
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline with a clear revenue focus
  • Working with a small friendly team to build the brand and venue

The skills you need to bring:

  • Highly confident and happy to pick up the phone and speak to anyone
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or venue/event sales
  • Business focussed approach with 1st class communication skills
  • Well-connected in London hospitality spaces
  • Confident relationship builder with high EQ
  • Passionate about exclusive events and customer service
  • Highly efficient with strong initiative
