Salary: £27,969 per annum (pro rata)

Our service supports a small number of adults (approx. 5) in a community setting where independence, social inclusion and meaningful lives are actively encouraged. The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Service Manager to join the team and support the Service Manager in leading the service. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting the Service Manager to lead, develop and motivate the staff team * Acting as the Service Manager in their absence * Recruitment, staff supervision, training and performance management * Rota planning, managing annual leave, sickness and training allocation * Ensuring person-centred planning and bespoke support for the people living at the service * Working with management information to inform decisions and drive a solutions-led culture * Maintaining and embedding policies and procedures; ensuring safe, consistent practice * Being part of the on-call / sleep-in rota, as required About You
