Executive Assistant
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, ensuring itineraries are organised effectively.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organise and attend executive meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as required by the CEO.
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow within the executive office
- Lead the other csuite EA's
