The Role
You will take the lead on a broad and interesting caseload including lease renewals, service charge disputes, possession claims, boundary issues and development-related litigation. You will be trusted with client relationships from day one, with the opportunity to shape the direction of the team and mentor junior colleagues who are eager to learn.

This is not a role where you will be siloed. You will work closely with the real estate department and play an active role in business development, positioning yourself for partnership in the future.

About You

• 6+ years' PQE in property litigation
• Confident handling both residential and commercial disputes
• Strong client skills and a collaborative approach
• Ambition to take on more responsibility and visibility
