Marketing Manager
Help shape the face of a fast-growing legaltech brand.
At Orbital, we’re reimagining how legal due diligence is done, replacing days of manual work with minutes of intelligent insight. As we scale across the UK and US, we’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing Manager to join our growing team and bring our story to life.
You’ll be central to how we plan, launch, and optimise our multi-channel campaigns, from in-person events and email workflows to social storytelling and web content. Working closely with our Marketing Director and Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll help make sure the right message reaches the right audience, at the right moment.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action. You’ll bring structure, energy and fresh thinking to a small but ambitious team, balancing big-picture planning with hands-on delivery. If you’re excited about building brand momentum and growing pipeline in a dynamic, high-trust environment, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll be doing
- Bringing structure to creativity. You’ll own our global marketing calendar, building in key campaign moments, product launches, customer stories and industry events, making sure activity is well-paced, connected and effective.
- Creating memorable experiences. From webinars to conferences, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of our events, managing logistics, promotion and follow-up to keep our audiences engaged and our pipeline moving.
- Shaping our voice online. You’ll lead our social media efforts, crafting and scheduling thoughtful, relevant content that builds brand awareness and supports wider campaigns.
- Telling great stories. Working with internal experts, you’ll help turn ideas into high-quality content across web, email and social, using AI tools where helpful, without compromising on tone or editorial quality.
- Keeping our website fresh and focused. You’ll maintain and improve key content on our site, from landing pages and blogs to customer case studies, always thinking about clarity, discoverability and user experience.
- Delivering smart, targeted emails. You’ll build and run segmented email campaigns and nurture flows, using automation, A/B testing and data to learn and improve over time.
- Championing our customers. You’ll work with our Customer Success team to spotlight client wins and partnerships through coordinated, multi-channel activity.
- Keeping everything on track. Acting as ‘traffic controller’, you’ll help avoid overlaps, fill gaps, and ensure we’re delivering cohesive, on-brand work at pace.
Requirements
What you'll bring
- With 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally with experience in professional services, tech or a related industry.
- A structured approach to campaign and project management, with experience using tools like Asana, Trello or Monday.com .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a confident grasp of brand voice and tone.
- A natural organiser with a bias for action, able to balance multiple deadlines and keep others aligned.
- Curious, collaborative and open to learning, especially in a scale-up environment where things move fast and every voice counts.
- US marketing experience is a bonus, but not essential.
Why join us?
We’re a mission-driven company with big ambitions and a supportive, inclusive culture. You’ll join at a pivotal moment in our growth journey, with the freedom to shape how we show up in the market and the opportunity to grow your career as we scale.
