Our new Teacher will be:

• Create a child-centred environment that supports effective teaching, learning and care, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and carers, engaging them in their child’s learning journey
• Foster a calm, safe and orderly classroom environment, supporting children to self-regulate and take responsibility for their behaviour
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a proactive, team-focused ethos
• Embrace inclusive practices, supporting children from diverse backgrounds, including those with English as an additional language
