FP&A Manager - TV & Film Production - £85,000 - £100,000

Join a leading TV & Film Production company and take your finance career to the next level. They're looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in our Commercial & FP&A team.
Your new role
- Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports for senior leadership and Group Finance, including KPI dashboards and variance analysis.
- Analyse portfolio performance: growth trends, ROI on marketing, profitability, and key KPIs.
- Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with People & Culture, Studios, and Strategy teams.
- Support modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to inform business cases and growth plans.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and integration of new financial systems (Anaplan, D365).
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within TV, Film, or entertainment.
- Expertise in financial systems (D365, BI tools) and advanced Excel modelling.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, analytical skills, and ability to turn data into actionable insights. What you need to do now
