Our Product team
Product managers play an essential part in consulting, business development and shaping the AI future of our clients.
They lead discovery projects, research, strategy and take ideas to full fruition with our clients. That requires leadership and close collaboration between product, design and engineering.
We're built on our people's experience, so everyone in the team has taken multiple products from idea all the way through to release. In addition, we come from various backgrounds, from banking to video streaming.
Things you will be doing:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams from research to delivery with our clients. Your responsibilities cover:
Product Discovery & Delivery: Lead a team of designers, user researchers, engineers, and test engineers to define scope and ensure on-time / on-budget delivery. Use AI-augmented research tools to gather feedback and synthesise into actionable insights.
Strategy & Roadmapping: Facilitate workshops and collaborate with senior stakeholders to solve complex problems. Define success metrics and implement tracking to advocate for data-driven product pivots even when "perfect" data isn't available.
AI native WoW: You don't just manage a backlog; you architect products that leverage agentic workflows and LLM orchestration. Using modern AI tooling to 10x your own productivity and the speed of the squad. Define "Definition of Done" in a world of probabilistic AI outputs, ensuring quality and reliability remain paramount.
Storytelling & Evangelism: Capture what’s learned and share outcomes via Show & Tells and case studies. Explore how project outputs can be packaged as white-label demos or reused in pitches to help Elsewhen grow its portfolio.
Client relations: You will play a key role in managing expectations with the client throughout a project and building meaningful relationships. Proactively identifying opportunities for future phases of work and broader consultative work.
Supported by the Elsewhen team, you’ll take full ownership of your work and be responsible for every last detail, every step of the way.
Job requirements:
Proven track record as a Product Manager designing and delivering consumer-facing and internal propositions in large, cross-functional teams
At least 2 years experience working in a consultancy
Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to turn technical complexity into a compelling narrative for clients and non-technical audiences.
Ability to understand complex technical challenges and support the team in making the right decisions.
Substantial experience prioritising, executing and delivering according to a product roadmap.
Can produce high-quality market scans, competitor analyses and other reports as they are required.
Moved beyond basic prompting and using AI tools to streamline your own work, as well into a product for your client or organisation.
Benefits:
Private Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for both physical and mental health.
Flexible and Remote-First Work Environment: Choose how and where you work, with the option for weekly team meet-ups in central London.
Generous Leave Policy: 27 days of holiday plus bank holidays
Family-friendly policies, including enhanced maternity, paternity and shared
Learning and Development: Individual annual budget of £2,000 for learning and development, with dedicated learning days.
Feel Better Fund: £500 to help set up your remote office.
Social Events: Monthly and quarterly team events, an annual team trip, and half-yearly social events.
Gym Membership Contribution: Support for maintaining your physical health.
Pension Contribution: Enhanced employer pension contribution of 6%.
Bonus Opportunities: Potential to receive a discretionary (non-contractual) bonus based on business and personal achievements
