A respected independent preparatory school in North London is seeking a personable and highly organised Reception & Admissions Officer to join its busy administrative team. The Role
As Reception & Admissions Officer, you will manage the school’s front desk while coordinating admissions processes in collaboration with senior leadership. The role requires warmth, efficiency and exceptional attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
• Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and prospective families
• Managing incoming calls, emails and daily enquiries
• Coordinating school tours, open mornings and admissions events
• Processing applications and maintaining accurate pupil records
• Supporting the Head and Bursar with administrative tasks
• Maintaining safeguarding and visitor sign-in procedures
The role requires professionalism and discretion, particularly when handling confidential pupil and family information.
