The Role

As a Senior Data & AI Consulting Manager, you will own complex, multi-workstream programmes from strategy through execution. You will lead client relationships, commercials, delivery and multidisciplinary teams while providing enough technical depth to challenge architecture decisions and guide engineering leadership. Your work will span AI-enabled products, intelligent decision platforms, data foundations and operating models across regulated financial services environments.

• Lead enterprise Data & AI programmes across multiple workstreams, teams and senior stakeholders.
• Shape AI strategy, investment cases, roadmaps and measurable value outcomes with executive clients.
• Own programme commercials, delivery governance, risks, sequencing and benefits realisation.
• Translate business and regulatory challenges into AI products, agentic workflows and decision platforms.
• Direct AI-ready data foundations, semantic layers and platforms while assuring technical delivery.
• Build and lead inclusive consulting teams while contributing to propositions, bids and thought leadership.

Requirements

We are looking for a T-shaped leader who can connect business needs, regulation and technology into outcomes that organisations can operate.

Must-Have

• Programme leadership across complex, multi-workstream Data or AI transformation initiatives.
• Production delivery of AI or advanced analytics capabilities from concept into operational use.
• Financial services experience across banking, insurance or capital markets.
• Technical credibility across data engineering, data platforms, machine learning or Generative AI.
• Senior client leadership, team management and a demonstrable consulting or commercial track record.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake or major AI platforms.
• Background in semantic layers, data products, knowledge platforms, agentic architecture or responsible AI.
