Junior Application Support Engineer Fintech
Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Junior Application Support Engineer to join our high profile client.
Our client has recently been voted in the fintech 100 (best financial technology businesses). They provide a market leading financial management software.
On a day to Day basis the Support Specialist will:
·Provide technical and elements of functional support to the business users for all applications
·Root cause analysis, document and implement solution
·Change Management
·Provide design input for new projects covering possible reuse, application cooperation and deployment models
·Review implementation and deployment designs
·Release Management
·Install and configure applications
·Configuration Management
·Ensure application servers operate within acceptable parameters through monitoring tools
Application Support Engineers MUST have:
- Degree in a STEM subject ideally computing based.
- Some commercial experience
- SQL
- Ideally some exposure to application support
