Job description: As the first point of contact both over the phone and in person, you are personally responsible for providing a 1st Class Customer Service to our patients. Within the clinic you are a pivotal part of the team, liaising between patients and physiotherapists to ensure everyone has what they need. You will support the Practice Managers and Clinic Directors. Salary: £28,000 per annum Experience: Front of House experience preferred An understanding of IT systems Training will be provided over 2 weeks This role is 37.5hrs across 5 days, with a rota that goes out the week before showing where you will be working.
