Toddler Room Leader in Vauxhall
- Lead a team of practitioners within the Toddler Room
- Be a key person to a small group of children and build positive relationships with their families
- Plan and create engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
- Help prepare toddlers for the transition into the Preschool Room
- Observe, assess and report on children's growth and progress, ensuring they reach their developmental targets
