The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative User-Generated Content (UGC) Cre ator who is fluent in German to join our team and help us spread our message through engaging and authentic content. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our marketing efforts by generating compelling user-generated content (UGC) that resonates with our prospective audience.
You’ll collaborate with the Performance Marketing, Brand, Influencer, and Creative teams to develop and execute social-first UGC ads that drive customer acquisitions and engagement. From filming and editing videos to staying ahead of social media trends, you'll be at the forefront of our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate for this role is someone able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, continually evolving their strategies to meet the needs of our prospective audience.
Please note, this is a junior/entry-level role.
🚀 Some of your responsibilities:
Content Creation and Strategy
- Researching, scriptwriting, shooting, and editing German-speaking UGC for social-first campaigns to drive customer acquisitions.
- Confidently represent our brand in front of the camera, showcasing our products to our audience with authenticity, passion, and enthusiasm.
- Capture high-quality, original, and authentic photos and videos that align with our brand's visual identity and edit them promptly for distribution.
Trends & Insights
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in Germany to enhance our creative strategy.
- Use historical data to analyse performance trends and understand what ads/ specific hooks are resonating with our audience and use those insights to inform future ad iterations
- Contribute to weekly and monthly reports on the performance of our paid ads, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Activation & Collaboration
- Assist with ad operations, including uploading ads, optimising campaigns, and managing budgets across various paid ads platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative and Brand team on briefs for new product launches, managing your time effectively so that deadlines are met.

- Fluency in German and English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- An ambitious, curious, and data-driven mindset with an eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional growth.
- Detail-oriented approach with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Familiarity with performance marketing concepts and metrics.Previous experience creating content for social media platforms, with a strong understanding of TikTok and other emerging channels.
- Bonus - Fluent in French
