Retail Sales Associate (Beauty/Perfumery)
• Welcome the customer, analyze his request, detect his expectations for assertive advice.
• Present the history of the brand and explain the characteristics and specificities of the products.
• Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, uncovering needs, making product recommendations, and gathering customer information to support continued engagement.
• Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout.
• Carry out product exchanges, cleaning of your department, window changes, visual presentation and marketing placement as needed.
• Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by store manager. What you’ll get: • Flexible Time Off Policy

- Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
- Commitment to drive sales growth.
- Customer relationship and sales loyalty.
- 2/3 years’ experience in trade.
- A first experience in Cosmetics/Beauty/Fragrances would be a plus.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, other language would be a plus.
- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
- Must be able to provide eligibility to work in UK.
