ServiceNow Go To Market Lead
JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a collaborative, commercially minded colleague to help grow our ServiceNow practice. In this role, you’ll build strong partnerships with Sopra Steria delivery teams and sector colleagues, cultivate customer relationships, and lead campaigns for complex, multi‑stakeholder ServiceNow deals.
You’ll play a key role in shaping strategy for a defined area of the business, contributing to policy in your domain and providing trusted advice to senior leaders. A strong grasp of customer needs and ServiceNow market trends is essential, along with the ability to anticipate change and translate it into clear operating plans for the year ahead. You’ll also help develop and implement effective policies and procedures that enable teams to deliver consistently and well. This role is hybrid variable and candidates can be based anywhere in the UK. There will be some travel to our London office and to client site, when required. What you'll be doing:- Shape Strategy: Develop and deliver sales and go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment with sector objectives and market trends.
- Drive Results: Oversee the full sales cycle, manage pipeline and forecasts, and support teams in securing complex deals.
- Engage Customers: Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and partners, acting as a strategic advisor beyond sales.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams and ServiceNow to maximize opportunities and deliver value.
- Champion Best Practice: Share market insights, manage risk, and promote inclusive, collaborative ways of working across the business.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a senior sales or client management role, driving business growth.
- Depth of understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Strong understanding multiple sectors (public and private) and their dynamics.
- High-level technical knowledge, with the ability to translate solutions into business value.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, fostering collaboration and trust.
