Product Manager, Compliance Solutions (Hiring Immediately)

Control Risks
London

The Product Manager will lead the development and evolution of a suite of client-facing compliance products, comprising a SaaS platform and APIs that enable clients to assess and manage risk across their third-party relationships. The suite provides capabilities including third-party screening, automated and human-led due diligence checks and Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) unwrapping, giving clients flexible ways to embed Control Risks’ compliance capabilities into their own workflows and systems.

AI is a key and growing component of the product strategy, with AI-enabled capabilities being used to improve the speed, quality and efficiency of compliance checks and enhance the overall client experience. The Product Manager will shape the roadmap across the product suite, identifying opportunities to further apply AI while ensuring the SaaS platform and APIs evolve in response to client needs, market developments and the wider business strategy.

Your mission is to understand our clients and the market, shape the product strategy and roadmap, and lead the development of our SaaS platform and APIs, delivering innovative solutions that help clients assess and manage risk across their third-party relationships.

  • Own and drive the product roadmap across our SaaS platform and APIs, balancing client needs, commercial opportunities and strategic priorities.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering and other teams to deliver high-quality capabilities across Screening, Due Diligence and UBO, from discovery through to launch and ongoing improvement.
  • Identify and prioritise opportunities to use AI to enhance our products, improving the speed, quality, efficiency and overall client experience of compliance processes.
  • Partner with Commercial and other client-facing teams to support product launches, drive adoption and maximise the value our products deliver to both existing and new clients.
