Nanny
OFSTED registered or willing to become. Three children, aged 12, 9 and 7.
All three children have additional needs, so someone with SEN experience would be preferred. All three children are loving, kind and caring children but, as expected, can have challenging moments and need a patient, gentle and understanding approach.
All children can communicate, though they sometimes struggle with emotions and regulation. Two of the children require prompting with daily tasks such as toileting and handwashing. We are looking for the right person to become someone the children feel safe and comfortable with, and who can provide consistency and calm support. Mondays and Thursdays only.
7am – 9am then 3 – 9pm Duties include:
- School runs
- Preparing breakfast and evening meal
- School drop-offs and pick-ups
- Supporting evening routines
- Bedtimes at 6:30pm and 7pm. Reading encouraged! Occasionally, additional full-day care may be needed during school holidays and inset days (if possible and with notice given in advance). Driver with car needed.
DBS and first aid essential.
