ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER – KYLIE

FULL TIME, 37.5 HOURS A WEEK OVER 5 DAYS

You will support the driving force behind the Kylie business in Harrods, helping lead a team of beauty experts, delivering strong sales performance, and ensuring flawless brand execution on counter.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Assistant Business Manager, you play a key role in supporting the Kylie team to achieve sales targets, elevate customer experience, and deliver excellence across artistry, operations, and retail standards. You will step in as the Business Manager’s representative when needed and help the team consistently perform at their best.

You will be reporting to the Business Manager, and you will manage:

1 - Sales & Business Performance

• Support the Business Manager in coaching and motivating the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong performance on ASP, Sales Mix, and Split.
• Build meaningful customer relationships to influence, sell, and upsell.
• Monitor performance, share insights, and help drive commercial awareness.
• Maintain full understanding of Coty business performance, competitor activity, and market trends.

2 - People Leadership & Brand Ambassadorship

• Lead by example and represent Kylie luxury standards at all times.
• Support in managing, developing, and motivating the team of two Brand Ambassadors.
• Act as the Business Manager’s representative when they are not in store.
• Ensure perfect grooming, uniform standards, and artistry excellence across the team.
• Champion Coty values and protect brand equity.

3. Operational & Visual Excellence

• Ensure flawless execution of VM guidelines and support daily counter maintenance.
• Use iPad tools for communication, reporting, and accessing VM guidelines.
• Maintain excellent hygiene, stock presentation, and operational compliance.
• Partner closely with Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, Education, NAM, and the Area Manager.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, ambitious team culture.

As an experienced Assistant Business Manager in beauty retail, you are passionate about makeup artistry, luxury brands, and delivering exceptional customer experience. You thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and bring energy, ownership, and high standards to every shift.

You bring:

• Experience leading and supporting a team within the beauty industry
• Strong sales background with proven target achievement
• Makeup artistry skills (skincare experience desirable)
• Ability to build strong relationships with the Business Manager, Store Management, and Area Manager
• Excellent coaching abilities and people management mindset
• Attention to detail with high standards of brand execution
• Customer‑centric approach and strong selling skills
• Confidence using digital tools (iPad, reporting systems)
