Executive Assistant

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support a senior Managing Director in a highly visible, trusted role.

This is an opportunity for an Executive Assistant who enjoys being close to the action, embedded in the business, and genuinely valued as a key part of the leadership support function. You will have direct, daily exposure to a senior Managing Director.

Key responsibilities

You'll Act As a True Right-hand Partner To The Managing Director, Ensuring The Smooth Running Of Their Day And Enabling Them To Focus On Strategic Priorities. This Will Include:

  • Proactive diary and inbox management

  • Preparing presentations, reports and senior-level correspondence

  • Acting as a key liaison with internal stakeholders

  • Meeting coordination, minute-taking and follow-up

  • Travel, expenses and general executive administration

  • Ad-hoc project and business support as required

About you

  • Experience supporting at least one Managing Director

  • Background as an Executive Assistant or similar senior support role

  • Construction or engineering experience is beneficial but not required

  • Polished, organised and confident working at senior level

  • Someone who prefers a fully office-based role and enjoys being part of the day-to-day business
