The Role
Joining the team, you will work on a varied caseload including Section 16 and 21A applications, Deprivation of Liberty cases and best interests decisions on residence and treatment. You will have the opportunity to appear in the Court of Protection and work closely with senior practitioners on complex matters. As your confidence and expertise grow so too will your responsibility, with clear pathways to become a recognised specialist in this field.
What They're Looking For
A solicitor with 1-5 years' post-qualification experience, ideally in Court of Protection or public law
Passion for protecting the rights of vulnerable people
Excellent research, drafting and advocacy skills
Emotional intelligence, resilience and client-focused care
A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to manage files effectively
