Consulting Partner – Insurance sector focus
Location: Hybrid (London)
Salary: Up to £160,000 (depending on experience) + bonus
We are looking for a highly experienced Consulting Partner to take a pivotal role in shaping and driving strategic growth across the Insurance industry. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned individual to lead high-impact transformation initiatives, working at the intersection of business and technology, and influencing C-level clients within some of the most complex and high-profile accounts in the market.
You will play a leadership role across multidisciplinary teams, helping to design and deliver consulting engagements that solve critical business and IT challenges. You will also act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering lasting impact across the full customer ecosystem – from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and delivery of strategic change agendas within top-tier insurance clients.
- Own a financial portfolio of c. $12-15m in consulting sales and managed revenue.
- Build and convert a strong pipeline of consulting opportunities, from identification through to signings.
- Drive C-suite relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to client executives.
- Shape and oversee complex consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Lead by example – inspire, develop, and mentor consulting teams to achieve their highest potential.
- Play an active role in shaping industry strategy, thought leadership, and innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in building and growing consulting revenues within the Insurance sector.
- Demonstrated ability to originate and lead large-scale transformation programs with a technical alignment to Cloud & Data/AI or Cyber/Network Security .
- Deep industry knowledge with strong CXO network and influence.
- Experience guiding consulting teams through complex, multi-faceted engagements.
- Ability to manage financial targets, margin expectations, and commercial delivery.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
