A lovely opportunity for an experienced Maternity Nurse in Notting Hill, London, offering flexible day and night support to first-time parents welcoming their baby girl.

Job Summary
A warm and welcoming French and Italian couple in Notting Hill are looking for an experienced, reassuring Maternity Nurse to support them following the arrival of their first baby in April 2027.As first-time parents, they would love someone confident and knowledgeable who can guide them through newborn care, feeding, settling and establishing gentle routines, while remaining flexible and respectful of their preferences. The family are considering a combination of two to three days and two to three nights per week, ideally with one person able to provide both. They may initially require more night support before transitioning towards daytime care. They are also open to discussing a 24-hour arrangement with a local candidate. The family hope to develop a lasting relationship with someone who could potentially continue supporting their daughter as she grows.

Job Specification
• Provide attentive newborn care during day and night shifts.
• Support feeding, settling and age-appropriate sleep routines.
• Offer practical guidance and reassurance to first-time parents.
• Help establish flexible routines suited to the family.
• Undertake all baby-related nursery duties.
• Adapt to the family's changing support requirements.
• Work collaboratively with parents and visiting family members.
