An Outstanding primary school in Hillingdon is seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team from November 2025 . Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and a love of learning
  • Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and contributing to EYFS profiles
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure every child’s individual needs are met
  • Promote positive relationships with families and the wider school community
  • Maintain a well-organised and inspiring classroom environment that supports early development and exploration
  • Support the school’s wider vision and values through participation in school events and activities

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS
  • Experience teaching in Nursery or Early Years Foundation Stage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
