Their work helps clients secure consent for complex developments, managing political, community, and media relationships along the way.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will:

• Lead day-to-day client management, ensuring campaigns are well-run, effective, and delivering results.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to support planning applications.
• Create high-quality materials, from consultation documents to press releases and briefing notes.
• Engage directly with stakeholders including local politicians, community groups, and the media.
• Support public exhibitions, consultation events, and public meetings.

About You

• Experience delivering communications and stakeholder engagement within the property, planning, or local government sectors.
• A strong understanding of Labour Party politics, its priorities, and how to communicate effectively with Labour stakeholders.
• Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines, with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong writing, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
