Head of Social Media & Digital Marketing - 12-Month FTC

We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Head of Social Media & Digital Marketing to join our Client Experience team on a 12-month maternity cover.

This senior role will lead the global digital marketing and social media function, managing three Digital Marketing Managers and working closely with Channel Marketing, Content, and Data Science teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the global digital marketing strategy to enhance client engagement and support commercial objectives

• Manage and develop a high-performing digital marketing team

• Oversee marketing automation campaigns using Marketo, including segmentation, nurture journeys, and reporting

• Manage and optimise the global website on Adobe Experience Manager, driving personalisation and conversion using Adobe Target and Analytics

• Provide strategic oversight for the company’s social media presence, ensuring alignment with brand and regulatory standards

• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Investments, and Corporate functions to ensure integrated and effective campaigns

• Ensure compliance with FCA and global marketing regulations and track performance against KPIs

About You

• Extensive experience leading digital marketing in asset management or financial services

• Expert in Marketo, with strong technical knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics

• Proven ability to manage teams and cross-functional, multi-region projects

• Strong understanding of FCA marketing compliance and regulatory standards

• Hands-on, analytical, and results-driven, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes

Desirable

• Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing data integration

• Strong budget and agency management experience

• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills
