We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional support to our Relationship Management team and their key RLAM professional clients within the UK market.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant team where every day brings new challenges and experiences. You will provide key support to our sales function and ultimately contribute to the team’s commercial success.
We provide comprehensive support to help you succeed, including study support for completing your Investment Management Certificate (IMC) within six months.
This role is well suited to an organised, proactive individual with an interest pursuing a career within sales.
About the role
- Support the sales function where required to ensure high levels of client satisfaction from clients and prospects, optimizing retention.
- Interact and engage with clients to identify opportunities for RLAM proposition and sales opportunities.
- Capable of commercially aware engagement with clients to ensure RLAM proposition remains front of mind with clients and prospects.
- Attend relevant client events and meetings with defined list of clients and support senior RM and sales leads on larger events and client interactions.
About you
- Previous experience within financial services environment is preferred.
- Preferably IMC qualified or willing to complete the IMC within 6 months of starting.
- Strong organisational skills, working to tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and desire to interact with client and build strong relationships with new and existing contacts
- Demonstrates competence and professionalism when dealing with clients.
- A team player who shares best practice and is open to learning and improving in the role.
- Strong work ethic and taking responsibility and being accountable for the work they produce.
