This is a rare, and exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s most successful independently owned estate agency groups as a Regional Sales Director.

You must be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering growth in an estate agency business and meet the high personal standards this role requires.

Basic: £53,500 - £57,700

OTE - £100,000

The Role: ·To generate profit by driving income/activity levels of estate agency and associated activities and increase market share across the branches.·Maximize resources to increase operational profitability·Develop long term client relationships to ensure client retention·Monitor activity to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice·Ensure that staff are focused on Core Priorities of the business·Recruit and develop successful teams and individuals who have long term careers with the company

Key Responsibilities: ·Plan and manage personal diary using Regional Maximization Grid to ensure key business areas are monitored.·Plan diary ahead for Half/Full days in branch in line with Regional Diary Structure·Pro-actively recruit quality staff for your own operation and the company. ·Mentor and develop staff to retain and improve top performers through regular career reviews and mentoring meetings·Manage performance consistently through 1-1 performance review meetings.·Observe, feedback, develop and performance manage Managers and Client Managers to achieve the minimum performance·Run weekly conference calls for Negotiators and Managers to monitor performance and give recognition reward to top performers ·Attend quarterly kick off meetings and any other company initiative outside business hours·Attend training sessions in order to remain fully aware of the company processes and to ensure continuity with staff.
