ICTS (UK) Ltd are looking for an Aviation Security (AvSec) Trainer to ensure that the Security function at Heathrow is fully compliant with all the necessary and relevant statutory training requirements.

KEY TASK AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivery of; Aviation Security Ground Security Operative (GSO) Courses, Ground Security Supervisor (GSS) Courses, Aircraft Security, In Flight Supplies (IFS) initial and annual recurrent courses

• Overseeing Digital National X-Ray Competency Testing, CBT and online Health and Safety Awareness Training

• Delivery of any additional security training as required by ICTS and ensure all certificates associated with this training are supplied on course completion to HR files and local Managers as applicable

• Ensure all training records are maintained and updated upon course completion

• Oversee, deliver and maintain all records associated with On-Job Training

• Carry out Covert/Overt Tests in accordance with company requirements and maintain the associated documents

• Monitor officer’s performance on a daily basis

• Maintaining personal CPD as required for on-going accreditation

• Liaise with and provide guidance and advice on departmental activities with other departments within ICTS, Business Partners and 3rd parties.

• Carry out all other duties as required by the Training Manager

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential

•5 years checkable background

• Obtain CTC clearance

• PTTLS (or equivalent)

• Flexible working

• Reliable

• Computer literate

• Driving License (preferred)

• Excellent Written/Spoken English and good communication skills

• Excellent administration skills

• The ability to work under pressure and utilising your own imitative

Desirable

• Knowledge of AvSec training

• Completed GSO and GSS

• ASM course

• RFXI course

• CIN
