Senior Manager / Director-Designate - Professional Services

£75,000-£95,000 base + 0-20% performance bonus

I'm working with a high-performing, fast-growing professional services firm in the City that is looking to appoint a Senior Manager or ambitious Manager to take ownership of a ready-made client portfolio and build out a new division alongside the Partners .

This is a genuine Director and Partner track opportunity , suited to someone who wants responsibility, autonomy, and rapid progression based on results - not time served.

The Opportunity

• Take over an established portfolio of professional services clients from day one
• Grow and shape a new service line / division with direct Partner support
• Significant scope to win fees, lead BD initiatives, and raise your profile internally
• Clear pathway towards Director and Partner , with progression based purely on performance and achievement

• Manager → Senior Manager in as little as 6 months
• Senior Manager → Director in under 12 months
