THE TEAM
As Director of Talent & Culture , you will be part of the property’s executive leadership team, working closely with the Managing Director and department leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with business goals. You will lead the Talent & Culture function, supporting a high-performing, engaged workforce and fostering a culture that reflects Rosewood’s values.
YOUR ROLE
As Director of Talent & Culture, you will play a critical role in driving the people agenda, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of exceptional talent. You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, enhancing organisational effectiveness and embedding a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous growth.
You will oversee all aspects of the Talent & Culture function, including recruitment, learning and development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business priorities.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Lead and execute the Talent & Culture strategy in line with overall business objectives
- Partner with senior leaders to build organisational capability and drive performance
- Champion a culture of engagement, inclusion, and belonging across the property
- Oversee talent acquisition to attract and retain high-calibre talent
- Drive learning and development initiatives to support career growth and succession planning
- Ensure effective employee relations practices and compliance with local regulations
- Lead performance management processes to support high performance and accountability
- Use people data and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
