This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Brand Designer to lead projects from concept to execution, creating impactful visual identities, campaigns and brand experiences across both digital and physical environments.

About the Opportunity

As a Senior Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping creative direction and delivering exceptional brand work across a diverse range of client projects.

You’ll work closely with strategists, writers, account teams and fellow designers to develop compelling creative ideas and bring them to life through world-class execution.

From early-stage concepts and storytelling through to final delivery, you’ll take ownership of projects while helping elevate the creative standards of the wider team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating distinctive visual identities and brand systems
• Leading creative development from concept through execution
• Translating strategic insights into engaging design solutions
• Developing work across print, digital, motion and environmental applications
• Presenting ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Mentoring and supporting junior designers
• Collaborating closely with strategy, client services and creative teams
• Ensuring consistently high standards of craft and detail throughout every stage of a project

About You

You’re a highly conceptual designer with a strong portfolio of brand identity work created within leading branding or creative agencies.

You combine strategic thinking with exceptional craft, balancing big-picture ideas with meticulous attention to detail. You’re confident presenting your work, thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy solving complex challenges through design.

You’ll also bring a positive, proactive attitude and enjoy helping others grow while continuously developing your own creative practice.

Key Skills

• 6+ years’ experience within a branding, design or creative agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and visual design projects
• Experience working across multiple sectors and project types
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
• Ability to develop concepts from initial thinking through to final execution
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities
• Ability to simplify complex briefs into clear, compelling creative solutions
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Relevant degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline
• Right to work in the UK
