Package: £27-30K Basic + Commission (£45K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building relationships with high-level Private Equity firms and investment funds.
• Sourcing and headhunting the best finance and investment professionals.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes , from candidate sourcing to deal closure.
• Becoming a market expert in the Private Equity space.
• Negotiating contracts and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

Earnings & Commission

• Uncapped commission structure - earn up to 60% of your billings !
• Average consultant billings are £280K+ per year - over double the industry average .
• Quarterly commission structure with top performers earning six figures within two years.
• Majority of work is retained , meaning we get paid upfront for our services.
