We’re working with a fast-growing, globally connected ingredients and nutrition solutions business operating at the heart of the FMCG and health sectors. They are seeking an experienced Quality Technologist to take ownership of quality, food safety and compliance across an end-to-end supply chain—from supplier approval through to customer delivery.

- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency and waste reduction
- Support supplier approval processes across warehouses, processors and co-manufacturers
- Monitor supplier performance and lead improvement actions where required
- Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial and Supply Chain teams to ensure consistent delivery of quality-assured products
Key attributes you’ll bring
- Strong understanding of operational quality, food safety standards and industry best practice
- Proven experience conducting investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA management
- Experience working within ingredients distribution, FMCG manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, GMP and relevant regulatory standards
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management capability
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Highly advantageous:
- Experience conducting supplier audits and managing external quality partners
- Background working with co-manufacturers or contract packers
- Chinese language skills
Why this is an exciting opportunity
- A key quality role in a high-growth, innovation-led ingredients and nutrition business
- Exposure to global supply chains and complex operational environments
- Strong commitment to personal development, training and career progression
- Enhanced benefits including health plan and subsidised gym membership
- A collaborative, fast-paced and supportive team culture
If you are a detail-driven Quality Technologist who thrives on driving standards, solving problems and improving processes across complex supply chains, this is an excellent opportunity to make a visible impact within a growing business.
