Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Acquisition Executive to lead and manage data collection operations across APAC markets. This role sits at the intersection of fieldwork, panel operations, sampling, and vendor management, ensuring high-quality, on-time data delivery for our research projects.
You will work closely with internal research teams and external partners to manage recruitment, sampling, and field execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end data acquisition and fieldwork operations across APAC
Oversee sampling, recruitment, and panel operations for quantitative and qualitative studies
Coordinate with external vendors, panels, and field partners
Ensure data quality, feasibility, timelines, and cost control
Monitor field progress and resolve operational issues proactively
Work closely with Research, Product, and Client teams to align on project needs
Improve processes and efficiency across data collection operations
Required Experience & Skills
4+ years of experience in market research fieldwork, data acquisition, or panel operations
Strong understanding of sampling, recruitment, and data collection methods
Experience working with external vendors / panels
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Comfortable working in a regional / remote setup (APAC)
Nice to Have
Experience covering multiple APAC markets
Background as Fieldwork Manager, Panel Manager, or Research Operations
Experience with online panels and digital data collection tools
