Position: Night Concierge (12-month maternity cover)

Location: Matchmakers Wharf

Working Hours: 4 on, 4 off 1900 - 0700

Salary: £29,579 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: Maternity Cover

Development Details:

This role will be based at a residential development in Homerton, Hackney. The development is a regenerated toy factory, making it very unique. Matchmakers Wharf consists of 210 residential apartments, split over 3 blocks with one main concierge desk. The development also includes a residents’ gym, twelfth floor terrace and 24 hour concierge. The development is located with good access to both Homerton and Hackney Wick overground stations.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Night Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
  • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
  • Ideally come from a security background
