General Manager - Full Time

Location : ITV White City , W12

Rate of Pay : £44,000 per annum plus a performance related bonus

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations

• Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering 

• Lead, develop and manage the team staff members, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainings

• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business 

• Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget

• Day to day management of the site while looking after a team of 11 team members

• Predominately retail with some hospitality requirements 

Our Ideal candidate will have:

• Contract catering/restaurant experience 
• Positive attitude to get things done quickly and effectively
• Ideally experienced working with media clients would be an advantage
• Be personable and good at building relationships
