Lead Product Owner - Salesforce (13 month FTC)

About The Role

As part of the rollout of Salesforce across our European business units and the running of continuous improvement for the BUs already rolled-out to, we're looking for a Lead Product Owner that will help govern, develop and support the platform, helping ensure that best-practice standards are kept and full functionality alignment across all our business units is maintained and scaled.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage the full Salesforce estate product lifecycle in Jira, from requirements gathering and feature prioritization to specifications, stakeholder alignment, and roadmap contribution

- Partner with the Senior Service Owner to manage backlogs, align execution with our Europe wide strategy, and refine features into user stories with acceptance criteria

- Define strategic direction and roadmap priorities alongside the Senior Technical Architect to ensure architectural soundness prior to technical delivery

- Serve as the Sales Cloud subject matter expert for the Front Office team, maximizing platform capabilities

- Drive continuous improvement and application maintenance, utilizing data analysis to build business cases and impact product metrics

- Lead execution from concept to launch on time, within budget, and to quality standards, managing scope, schedules, constraints, and risks

- Manage first-line support for end users by acting as an escalation point to resolve or route issues appropriately

- Engage regularly with Business Unit stakeholders to capture requirements, manage priorities, and communicate updates on requests and BAU work

What You'll Bring To The Team

- You have a strong experience of successfully working with Salesforce and CRM

- You have experience in full product lifecycle methodologies

- You have some experience in design, development and implementation of product plans

- You have working knowledge of Agile methodology

- You are keen on learning about and upskilling in Salesforce

- You will take on the role with a genuine desire to help shape it and make it your own
