Talent Operations Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Operations & Sourcing Specialist to support our global hiring efforts. This role sits at the intersection of candidate sourcing, executive-level interview coordination, and talent operations administration.
You will play a critical role in ensuring our recruiting process runs smoothly while also building top-of-funnel candidate pipelines for key roles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational rigor and talent discovery, and who thrives in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while supporting scalable recruiting processes.
What You’ll Do
Candidate Sourcing:
- Proactively source candidates across LinkedIn, talent platforms, referrals, and niche communities
- Build and maintain pipelines for priority roles across technical, commercial, and operations functions
- Partner with recruiters to calibrate profiles and refine sourcing strategies
- Conduct light candidate outreach and initial qualification when needed
- Track pipeline metrics and maintain CRM hygiene
Executive Interview Coordination:
- Coordinate complex interview schedules across VP- and executive-level stakeholders
- Manage multi-stage interview logistics, including panels, case studies, and cross-time-zone interviews
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders
- Manage calendar conflicts and adjust schedules quickly when priorities shift
Talent Operations & Recruiting Administration:
- Maintain ATS data integrity and ensure recruiting workflows are followed
- Support offer preparation, approvals, and documentation
- Track hiring metrics and produce basic recruiting reports
Assist with recruiting tools, vendor coordination, and process improvements - Document and maintain recruiting playbooks and operational processes
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or talent operations
- Experience coordinating interviews with senior or executive stakeholders
- Strong sourcing ability across LinkedIn or similar platforms
- Exceptional organization and calendar management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with ATS systems and recruiting tools
