- Onboarding and supporting our customers to SMSEdge's email platform
- Draw feedback and insights from working with our client's email campaigns
- Troubleshoot and improve overall platform email delivery
- Work with the product team to improve email operations
- At least 1 year of experience with bulk email marketing - must
- High level English - must
- Ability to work independently, initiate and take on responsibility
