Senior Product Manager - Commodity and Structured Trade

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Product Manager - Commodity and Structured Trade.
You'll be key to the end-to-end development, commercialisation, and governance of the global inventory financing product suite. This includes Asset-Based Lending (ABL), Inventory Finance (in-transit, warehouse-based, title-based), Prepayments, Contract Monetization, Borrowing Base structures, and Commodity Structured Finance.

In this role you’ll:
- Execute the global product strategy for commodity and related structured working capital solutions
- Drive commercialisation through scalable frameworks, client segmentation, pricing models, and playbooks
- Build global performance KPIs for the product suite, including portfolio growth, capital returns, client penetration, and sector diversification
- Ensure all inventory-related solutions are scalable, well-controlled, capital efficient, digitally enabled, and aligned to client needs and market developments
- Collaborate with sector-aligned and industry-specific teams to embed inventory finance into strategic client dialogues
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Expert level understanding of Inventory Finance solutions
- Strong experience in third party partnerships and new product innovation
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels internally and externally
- Well-developed management skills, with experience in team building and managing a wide range of projects
- Ability to lead and motivate other managers and staff, employing appropriate management styles
