The Role
Primary focus: Supervisor – leading the team to deliver exceptional service, wine knowledge, and hospitality with flair.
Also: Supporting the floor during peak service, mentoring team members, and ensuring every guest feels seen and valued.
Flexibility and leadership are key; you set the tone, guide the team, and keep the energy high.
Who You Are
- You have personality, presence, and the rare ability to make every guest and team member feel special.
- Passionate about South African culture, wine, food, and hospitality.
- Experienced in fast-paced environments, you thrive under pressure and know how to motivate a team.
- You don’t just supervise; you inspire, engage, and elevate the service experience.
